| March 2, 2021 | Financial report which includes a projection of 2021/2022 available scholarship resources loaded to Alumni Association portal |
| March 31, 2021 | Student Roster available online (freshmen only) |
| April 19, 2021 | Deadline for club to submit freshman club scholarship awards to the Office of Financial Aid |
| May 1, 2021 | Undergraduate Admissions confirmation deadline |
| Late May 2021 | Club redistributes funds from canceled to confirmed students |
| June 18, 2021 | Student Roster (all students) |
| July 1, 2021 | Deadline for club to submit upperclassmen club scholarship awards to the Office of Financial Aid so that the award will appear on the July 7, 2021 student account statement |
| October 29, 2021 | Billing statements mailed to club as appropriate |
