The Notre Dame Alumni Diversity Council and Diversity Boards are committed to assisting the Enrollment Division in contacting admitted students to offer an alumni viewpoint on the Notre Dame experience.
Alumni who volunteer through the Diversity Council are asked to email and call admitted students to offer their unique perspective on Notre Dame and answer any basic questions. Specific questions about financial aid and other sensitive issues are referred back to the admission counselors for follow-up. Alumni volunteers are asked to provide feedback on the interaction with the students.
Volunteers are asked to complete a confidentiality agreement and complete a short training program before they begin their assigned calls. The training consists of reviewing documentation, viewing an optional webcast, and submitting a training completion form.
